Shipping Policy
We ship nationwide across the United States to ensure every Joy Boulevards gift arrives on time and in great condition. The details below outline our order processing times, delivery options and tracking process.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM ET typically ship the same or next business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
- Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. We will notify you if lead times exceed the standard window.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is available on most products.
- Expedited options such as 2-Day or Overnight delivery are offered when available; rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.
- Large-scale installations and commercial displays ship via freight. Our logistics team will coordinate delivery windows and any required liftgate services.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations may require a custom quote—please contact us before placing your order.
Tracking & Notifications
- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to populate once the carrier picks up your package.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please notify us within 48 hours.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Signature Requirements
High-value or bulky shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery. Carriers will leave a notice with redelivery instructions if no one is available to sign.
